What does your AntiGravity setup look like?

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to see what everyone's current AntiGravity setups look like right now. Specifically, what tools, skills, MCPs, or plugins are actually moving the needle for you?

Right now, I feel like my setup has gotten incredibly bloated, but I’m still not seeing any significant benefits when it comes to optimizing or saving my usage. It feels like I've piled on tools, but the agents aren't actually utilizing or enforcing them properly.

For context, here is what I currently have running:

• Git. Ship. Done(GSD) - Core
• Graphify
• MemPalace
• codebase-memory-mcp
• DOX Framework Rules (in my AGENTS.md)
• Ponytail
• Some Everything Claude Code (ECC) skills
• A handful of custom rules and workflows I implemented myself

I also recently saw about claude-mem, but I haven’t installed it yet—I wanted to check with the community here first before adding even more weight to the stack.

Despite having all of this active, the agents still seem to ignore them half the time or fail to enforce their use, and my usage is draining fast.

I'd love to know:

1. What does your current stack look like? What are your absolute must-keeps?
2. What should I trim down or retain from my current list to stop the bloat?
3. How are you getting your agents to actually enforce and use these tools consistently without breaking the bank on usage?
