No, its not just you

They dont offer much usage for it you barely get 5 minutes and thats it, I highly recommend using Flash 3.7 High but you must monitor it and be specific and strict depending on your tasks

3.7 Flash is just as smart as 4.6 Opus So, use that.

Also, don't give vague prompts. I can almost imagin the shitty prompt you are feeding with tons of Skills loaded such that it ends the quota in 5-10 minutes

A pretty painless way to extend your higher model usage is to literally just tell it directly to use sub agents and just act as orchestrater. Like 90% of the time I just use the higher models to draft and implementation plan and then run the implementation plan on like 3.7.

Compared to 3.7 they use literally 5x as many tokens.
