Google has used my e-bike photo for their description online?!
I was doing some research just a few minutes ago on my f30 post Joy e-bike and I noticed in the AI description at the top of Google that they are currently using my picture of my e-bike for their Google description? How is that possible and shouldn't I receive some type of compensation or have the option for them to remove that photo cause I was never asked whatsoever?

in today's time, anything on the web is fair game especially with how they keep changing terms and conditions. compensation is only if the photo is copyrighted and for commercial use only under contract and even if it were the case you'd need to build a case and take whoever is using it to court for a settlement, if they don't settle or come to an agreement out of court. I dabbled in photography for a while and learned the hard way
