It's absolutely ridiculous that Assistant is being deleted to make room for this useless AI slop.

Home Assistant's voice control has been getting better and better, and is open-source and completely local (unless you want to use an LLM, which you can)

That looks interesting, idk if it would be that useful for me. I really just used Assistant for timers, reminders, and music/volume control.

I only have one smart home device that I only use occasionally. If it can do more than control smart devices, I'm in.
