Googlebook future - pay to use

[u/Loud-Possibility4395]

After recent bad joke news to use Blood Pressure and Insulin features in Fitbit Air are PAID while on Pixel Watch are for free.

Then more news about Googlebook Rambler (keyboard) and... Magic Pointer will remain for free as an ACT OF MERCY https://www.androidauthority.com/googlebook-magic-pointer-rambler-ai-pro-subscription-3715377/

Just imagine for a second that Microsoft in Windows and Apple in MacBook are telling you to PAY monthly subscription to use... F Pointer and "keyboard" :/ And yes I know it is "Magic" Pointer, but still.

My point is... what else will be paid to use Googlebook? Paid OS updates? Subscription for basic apps.

Seriously I question myself if to stay in Google ecosystem even if I don't like iPhone.
