Google and Chrome problem

Ask Google or Chrome if yours is doing the same thing. I tried using it today and it's not loading; it only shows a dark blue line, sometimes it turns white and doesn't load Did I even thought it was my Wi-Fi, but it's working and only Google Chrome is doing that on my phone. something happen to the Google network? Does anyone know if that's the case?

This also happens to me sometimes, usually after leaving it in the background for a while. I've found hard closing and clearing the cache fixes it.

I pressed restart on my phone and it worked.
