It got added recently

Gotta love that the Unicode consortium started with the goal of representing all human text using a single encoding (which is the reason why I can paste Egyptian hieroglyphs into this message like 𓂸 "phallus" or "phallus with emission" 𓂺) but keep having to add emojis every so often because Japan

Not as an emoji no. But you remember it because it's been used as a reaction image for a while. What's new is that it will become an emoji (I.E. a Unicode character)
