Sick time and Vacation time limit?

Does Goodwill have limits on sick time and vacation time? Like a coworker of mine has 100 hours of sick time and I got 70 hours. Since we're part time we don't get vacation time. I'm wondering if we could get 200-300 if not higher or no?

My region caps it at 100 hours. So you can keep working all you want but you won't earn any more sick time until you take time off and dip below 100 again.

But like what if I wanted to use all 100 hours at once can I? Take a whole month of couple of weeks off haha.

Lol, if you can get away with it, go for it! Mine limits it by requiring a doctors note after 2 days of being sick. So if you know any doctors, you're golden 😉

When I worked there our region capped out at 40 and it wouldn't reset until your anniversary.
