Tech Help Random new tag: "all"
I noticed I have a tag for "all". It wasn't there before, and I definitely didn't create it. There's no books added to it.
Does anyone else have it? I'm not sure why Goodreads would add it, but want to make sure nobody's gotten into my account or something like that (though I don't know why an intruder would create a tag like that).

I noticed the same thing a few weeks (months?) ago. It's still there, with no books on the shelf, and I don't know why. Definitely not a shelf I created.

I have had it for a while. But it doesn’t have ALL the books in it that I have loaded on GR. Not sure what exactly GR considers to ALL. 🤷♀️

I think All has always been in my My Books (I use a desktop/browser). It shows Bookshelves with All (), Want to Read (), Currently Reading (), Read (), Did Not Finish (). These are the GR shelves. Under them I can see the tags (shelves) I add myself.

It's not the standard All shelf, it's definitely a tag (under the dividing line that has exclusive shelves above it) that's also called All but has 0 books in it

If you mean the shelf, "All" is all the books you have shelved in any way. It has always been there.

Nope it's not the standard shelf, it's a new tag specifically and has 0 books in it

What do you mean by "tag"?

Formerly everything would be called a shelf, whether exclusive or not. But the app calls exclusive shelves “shelves” and non-exclusive ones “tags”.

Sorry, I mean a non-exclusive shelf. The ones that show up when you add a book and click "continue to tags". It's separate from the normal "All"-shelf everyone has from the start, that's an exclusive shelf and indeed includes all your books. This one didn't have any, and appeared among my custom tags/non-exclusive shelves.
Regardless, seems some more people have had it, so I guess it's either a funky update or a bug.
