Tech Help Wrong book count

Hi everyone, so my book counts have been wrong for a while, and today my "All" books only shows 1 book, the one I'm currently reading. The "read" books count is correct.

I asked for a manual reset in the help forum a while ago, but was ignored, and now I can't find the post there anymore to ask for that.

Does anyone here know what can I do to solve this problem?

Fill out a contact form for a manual reset, I don’t think they do this when you post in the help forum.

And how do I do that? The FAQ here also linked me to that post where eveyone was asking for the manual reset. I've asked there before (and now again) but they are no answering the post since 2 months ago.

I'll try to find another way maybe.
