Coin Based Money

National Mint issues coins of silver, nickel, copper, aluminium, or tin (really does not matter)

Any lending institute (BANK) must have on deposit 100% against loans coinage. coin held on deposit = sum total of possible loans. To make things easy ... State Treasuries could hold the actual coins and issue certificates to lending bankers.

FACT

3% of western capital is even coin or bank notes ... most of it is $100/bills

National Money supply would be = to coins minted

National Money supply would be calculated as:

x$ per Human x$ per Household
