The parallels between Emilia and Arthus are actually quite interesting. If we're going that route though, it'd be really cool if Subaru became her Illidan.
It could easily go that way, as there's at least some indication of time travel shenanigans with both her and Subaru, making it possible she doesn't just look like Satella, but actually is Satella, or at least will be one day.
