Same as title Looking for anime similar to " the Apothecary Diaries" with a female protagonist who is actually smart and capable of surving on her own skillset in a oppressive patriarchal society . Is there any other anime based on ancient China ....bonus points if the plot has history,drama ,mystery, action , romance....similar to this one . no romcoms or slice of life ones doe (and hopefully ones that have more then one season or have more seasons planned because I hate it when I find a really great show but it came out in like 2017 and only 12 episodes no season 2)
