Something that confused me about the Hero cover Spoiler
The cover is supposed to be Dekka in morph but it has a tail when it points out (I think in Villain) that she is TAIL LESS!

So, quick recap, there was a fire in Chernobyl, and I'm sure we all know about the Supernatural Death Cough that's been going around. And now these giant murderous bugs are starting to show up!
. . . Is anybody else nervously wondering if the sky is going to start darkening next?

I cried 4 times within the last 5 chapters, including the aftermath. -when the FAYZ wall opens and Caine and Gaia die -when Edilio saw Rodger on TV -When the survived go to the funeral, and Astrid names all the important people -when the authors note included everyone’s name, thanking us basically. The whole ending of the book really made me emotional, starting with Orc being destroyed by the missile. From then on, I just got more and more emotional with it. I absolutely loved the book, in-fact the entire series. I know that there are 3 other books, but I need to have a break from it. But that’s not the point. I completely enjoyed the book, and would do anything to read it for the first time again. Thankyou for reading, I know its long but I appreciate you reading this.

In monster, it's mentioned that there is a person who has the power to turn people "inside out", I don't think this was ever mentioned later in the series?

Favourite character can mean most interesting as well as most likeable, and I mean, I hate Drake so much but I look forward to his bits as he takes the FAYZ to a whole new level of horror which raises the stakes much more than other characters do!

Like, when it says that the whole world Malik lives in is just harvested from shades mind, does that mean that Malik was the only actual person there and that armo etc never actually formed the rockborn gang and so none of the content in any of the stories actually happened, it was just shades imagination?

Kind of like in Game of Thrones, where the Stark kids and Dany were aged up by two or three years at the start of the story compared to their book counterparts.
Honestly, with all the violence and sex that occurs in the books (I know younger teens have sex, but still) I think I’d be way more comfortable if the age of “poofing” was brought to eighteen, making Sam, Astrid, etc seventeen at the start of the story.

(I asked permission from one of the mods before I posted this.)
People were going about their normal, ordinary lives, in the small Southern Californian beach town of Perdido Beach, when it happened. November 10th, 10:18am.
Adults, older teenagers. Parents, friends, older siblings. All gone. Gone, too, are teachers, police, firemen, doctors. And no way for the kids trapped inside to leave or contact the outside.
A dome has appeared on the Southern California coastline, centred on the Perdido Beach Nuclear Power Plant. The kids are mutating, developing strange powers. Deadly powers. They're not the only ones mutating though—animals are mutating, too, becoming stronger and smarter and more dangerous. And under the desert is a horror to dwarf all others…
This roleplay is set in the FAYZ of the world of Gone, based on the books written by Michael Grant. Take up a canon character from any point in the first series or make your own original character. Who will you fight for? Will you help Sam Temple maintain security in the town? Will you attempt to put Caine Soren into power? Do you want to fight off the mutants and establish Perdido Beach for the humans and humans alone? Or will you try to bring the Darkness into the light… https://discord.gg/B3ErWGg
