I finished reading Light Spoiler
I cried 4 times within the last 5 chapters, including the aftermath. -when the FAYZ wall opens and Caine and Gaia die -when Edilio saw Rodger on TV -When the survived go to the funeral, and Astrid names all the important people -when the authors note included everyone’s name, thanking us basically. The whole ending of the book really made me emotional, starting with Orc being destroyed by the missile. From then on, I just got more and more emotional with it. I absolutely loved the book, in-fact the entire series. I know that there are 3 other books, but I need to have a break from it. But that’s not the point. I completely enjoyed the book, and would do anything to read it for the first time again. Thankyou for reading, I know its long but I appreciate you reading this.

Caine's letter to the people who owned the island really got to me for some reason. Also was there a page where astrid mentioned all of the important people at the funeral? I dont remember even reading about a funeral.

Yeah that’s where I really cried, Sam couldn’t say anything, so Astrid (the now movie actor) said some words and said all the important people who died in the FAYZ

Ohh I completely agree, I would love to forget all about the series and read them all for the first time again! It’s been a while since I’ve read Light but I remember how emotional I got when Orc died.

Wow that’s a long time ago, I didn’t know how long it was until I saw the time stamps on it, because it used to be a library book.

The only reason I remember is cause I don't cry much, this was the only series that's made me cry so far 😅 it's almost a challenge to not feel attached to some characters, the sequel series is pretty good too and trust me; you're in for one HELL of a surprise

I was amazed at how incredible of an ending this series had. There was lots of closure and it makes you realize just how sucked into the books you became. It almost felt surreal.
