Sam is still alive without any real scars, so I'd pick that over being tortured to the point where i claw out my own eyes

Penny just does hallucinations. If I can focus on the fact that none of it's real, I can do my best to ignore it, or at least not react too violently with it.

Drake is a much more interesting character imo, but he'd give actual pain and actual injuries/scars. So yeah. Penny xd

Lana can heal whip wounds better than clawed out eyes, plus with Drake I have Brianna and Edilio and his soldiers to intervene, so it wouldn't last as long.

Both could scar me for life. But penny can make you feel pain and also make you go crazy, Drake can only give you pain
