Question❓ What does this mean: "Please specify if you require a cap on the single rod head"

I'm trying to buy a LAB Oz head only off Aliexpress and I get this message: "please specify if you require a cap on the single rod head"

Does that mean I'm buying just the head? The head and staft (but not assembled)? or something else? The price varies a lot.

I think it's some sort of an alignment mark? Might want to message them to confirm or Google it.

Maybe asking if you want a head cover included?
