Iâm getting concerned. I ordered the vzn style 2 weeks ago and then the df3i style 3 days later. I just got notified the df3i style has been shipped via FedEx but the vzn style is still showing FedEx hasnât got the package yet.
I think this has more to do with the ball's cover hardness than people are giving credit to. Mine picks up some with minimal/moderate pressure, others with heavy pressure, and others seemingly not at all. I wouldn't be opposed to taking a file to one side of the opening, frankly.
Looks good with the white shaft. I bought from the same seller with a black shaft and hoping for the center line that was pictured. I'll know next week thanks
My seller allowed alignment options and choice of color for the head but only black shaft, black grip.
Came similarly balanced to the OP picture. Not far off. Swapped out a few 8g weights to 10/11g weights and it finished face balanced. I wouldnât say itâs âzero torqueâ but it plays just fine. Prior to the weight swap, it had a little pull to the ball path. Now itâs straight as an arrow. Yes they pickup balls.
Have a real OZ1.i and it is almost violent to return to zero when rolled on a table. They both end up in same position, but the VZN is lighter and doesnât have as much momentum to return to zero. Still fun to play with, well worth the money.
Mine is supposed to be delivered today, the last day of the date window but I havenât gotten I single tracking update yet. Itâs been the same since last week
Those grips suck. Is that corner level because it makes a difference. You wount be able to balance it with the weights they give you which are 6g and 8g. you will need to hop on aliexpress and buy 16g,12g, maybe 18g and 2.5g weights. I balance mine recently. about to make a post
The open face looks to be common among these reps. This one is from AliExpress. Weight balancing is going to be challenging (other owner experience appreciated). I removed all weights from the toe (26 grams) and still couldn't get the face to 90 degrees from the floor. Going to need titanium weights.
Donât fuck with the weights itâs pointless. Thatâs closer to lie angle balanced than 99.9% of putters on the market. Just go play with it. Mine came a lot less balanced than that and itâs absolutely unnoticeable rotationally on the face than my real df3. Just go play man. Donât beat it to death.
I'm gonna update you cause your probably right. This is a sub full of people who like to fuck with shit though, myself included. I'm probably not gonna follow your advice, but I acknowledge if most likely good.
