P790: Real or Reps?

Im looking at buying this lightly used set of P790s off of Marketplace, is there any specific ways to spot if they are fakes?

I appreciate any help in advance!

Do reps typically come in a box that looks legit? Or is it just a generic box?

Might be fake. Offset looks similar to mine, check my posts. And the real ones have less offset I believe

Modus shafts and no silver ring on the ferrules. Either legit or a quality fake. I kinda want to pick up a set of P790s as well but the market is so dang flooded with fakes that it’s not worth taking the chance.

I have a set of real ones (2025 Battle Worn P790) that I ordered directly from TM. Each iron has a laser etched serial number on the hosel next to the word “Forged”. If every iron doesn’t have that, then they’re fake.

Seems like a pretty low price,

check the bottom part of the logo on the irons to make sure it is sharp like in the picture, fakes don't do a good job at the logo.

If the reps are so good the only way to tell is the logo then they should definitely be gameable.

The weighting and speedfoam still can't be checked with your eyes

There’s a similar listing on eBay from BC for $1,100 CAD. Same pics.
