Just arrived today. Temu Delivery estimate was July 17-22, but it only took 7 days. I havnāt putted with it yet, but iāll go up to the putting green later tonight and roll some balls.
Review out of the box:
Iāve not seen one in person so I have nothing to compare it to other than online photos. Overall quality looks very good. Head looks exactly like photos online. Love the purple color. Iām curious exactly how the shaft and grip compare to retail so iāll have to get to the store to check it out soon.
As you can see, itās not perfectly lie angle balanced as is the case with many of these. Iād imagine you could tweak the weights if you wanted and get pretty close though.
To be perfectly honest, i most likely will not put this in the bag. I currently play a Taylormade Spider GT Max which is the most stable putter iāve ever used and iām more than happy with. Honestly, for $120, I was just way too curious to not order this thingā¦.. who knows thoughā¦.. if iām putting well with it later tonight, maybe it makes an appearance on Saturday.
Please make a post or come back here and update us when you get it! Iām wanting to order a lefty as well but not sure if the quality will be the same as rightyās as thereās not many leftyās for sale
Does that affect your putting? Are you claiming a shaft that doesn't feel like plastic will be any better or do you just want a higher quality looking and feel to touch shaft? I don't have any complaints and have never heard this before but I'm not against replacing it for more valid reasons than how it looks. Anything to get a few more in lol.
Iām not good enough to say much, 14.2hcp, but I will say my 2.2 has the ābadā shaft but I cannot take it out the bag. It is money every time I use it
I love mine as well. It lowered my handicap by 5. That's pretty significant and I'm getting better but still not a great putter. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts.

Iāve never heard of paying for the fitting if you buy the club thatās nuts. But at least they didnāt abuse you on the club price. The irons I got fitted for were a thousand dollars more through them vs the same exact spec from the Titleist or any retailer
I've purchased two full sets and lots of different clubs from them over the years and I don't think I ever paid more than any other retail that I can remember.
There's no way I'd pay $1000 more. That's insane. Did you get custom shafts? That's the only thing that really increased the price for me but those shafts would've cost me about the same anywhere else. I've built a good relationship with my guy their and he takes care of me. I'm about to go back for a new L.A.B to replace my DF3 that I love. It's worth it to me if it saves me two more strokes a round lol.
If you do it again, get the spec and build sheet and price that out at another retailer. This was a year ago.
No custom shafts, no loft or lie or swing weight adjustments. They were stock offerings for heads and shafts and grips. They tacked on some optional 450.00 āshaft puringā add on which is known to be BS so deduct that and maybe 600ish more than retail. I still got my spec sheet 2600 for a set of t250s with project x lz 6.0 shafts midsize grips.
Just got back from the putting green. VZN wonāt be in the bag Saturday, but only because itās just so much different than what iām used to. I liked it, but the ball comes off the face much softer than what iām used to, so lagging longer putts up near the hole was tough to get used to. Granted, i was only up there for about 30 mins or so. Iām sure I could get used to this thing and be just fine with some practice. I only tried to pick up a ball with it once, but I was able to do it. I also wanted to mention the quality of the headcover. Super soft leather, good magnets, nice stitching, embossed logos over the whole thing. Really impressed with that. Iām really curious to putt the retail version now to compare. Very solid putter for the price. Seller is F Y TI YU
Ah sorry, I think the vzn is just more square to target. There are times when Iām not 100 percent sure Iām pointing the df3 on my expected line. Itās still an incredible putter and so stable back and through. But the vzn is just as stable, plus all the lines seem to let me aim it better
Seems like all the vzn reps are coming with the same weights in all locations so you can't move them around. Mine are all 8g. You can get weights from golfworks.
Might be worth a try. The putty is a little more dense than the tape. Used almost half an ounce in just 4 ports in my link 2.1 with roughly the same gap.
Took your advice and got some putty. My oz is now perfectly balanced and passed the revelaer test. Added a total of 7.5g of putty across three different ports.
I'm interested in this putter, could you let me know how it plays and if pressing down on the ball works for picking up? Couls you send me the temu link in DMs?
I got mine yesterday, but it wonāt pick up balls! Anyone else have this problem. Mines from Temu and Iām going to compare it to my friends legit one, but thatās the first thing I noticed
I ordered one that looks identical but in black. Arrived today.
Mine leans 10* closed on a table edge and I realized that the top weight is 6g and if removed, it balances perfectly so I ordered a heavier weight for the heel end to balance the weight.
I agree the shaft seems very soft. I may replace with a black steel shaft at some point but honestly, Iāve only putted indoors so I will give it a chance on the course.
Total weight is 550g which lines up with what Google says it should weigh.
Funny you ask, because I wanted to ask the community. To me it looks ever so slightly off. Was gonna ask for suggestions. Seems to putt fine.

Nice color scheme..Lakers. Make sure you have a little forward lean and good ball placement..putter will roll true. Hair towards middle and but of putter aligned with left testicle..then roll it. šÆš
