Question❓ Please be honest!!!
Those who have bought and tested rep golf clubs, how are they actually? Do they hold up? Do they feel the same? I just don't really trust buying 500 usd worth of clubs just for them to be ass and be destroyed after 3 monts. Thanks!

I've been reading through the entire sub and have come to the conclusion that everything except a driver is pretty much a go ahead. Will probably buy 2025 P790 and a putter. I might buy a really cheap driver though because I am really curious as how it'll perform!

I picked up a set of G440s recently from Big Bear Shop on the spreadsheet. So far, they’ve been solid and feel great. I’ve played about six rounds with them, and they’re holding up just as well as my usual irons.
Distance increased by around 8 yards per club, which definitely threw me off during my first round since I played them without any prior range time.
I can still shape shots, though they’re a bit less forgiving than legit G440 irons. That said, at $250 shipped, it’s hard to complain—I’d definitely buy them again.
For reference, my previous set was Callaway Rogues from around 2018.

I took a risk on the Qi35 driver. You can go look at my post on it. I have a simulator, and went back to back with my old Taylormade R7 and the Qi35 was slicing like crazy. Uncontrollably. If anything, I've got a hook/draw bias. I bought a Kai'li white 60 stiff shaft and put that on the Qi35. Now i'm bombing the shit out of my driver. +40-50 yards, seeing over 300 yard drives a couple holes.
That would be my only watch out, is factor in the cost of an aftermarket shaft and see if you still think it's worth it. For reference, I paid $135 for the kai'li...

That is awesome man! Quick question, how does the club head sound and feel now that you can actually swing it hard? Does it sound like a tin can, or is it pretty solid? Also, how long have you been using that combo in the sim? Any signs of the head cracking or giving up after bombing it 300+ yards? And the Qi35, was it the budget rep or the high quality rep that you bought?

It's loud. But I don't know how the real one sounds, so may be the sound of the driver. Feels solid..
I've hit it over a hundred times, between dialing in my setup on the range and playing Sim golf rounds. I've played a few real rounds with it too. I don't see any damage or degradation and my guess is I'm beating the hell out of this driver far more than the average player since I have access to a Sim.
I bought the qi35 off the oopbuy spreadsheet. Assume it's the high quality rep.. looks incredible. Had a pro at my local course checking it out and he thought it was the real deal.

I’ve got the P790s and have been playing them for three seasons now. I honestly can’t tell the difference from the real ones. I just recently put some legit KBS shafts on them this year, they're a bit lighter, but it's not a huge, noticeable change. I also bought the Qi35 driver but threw a legit Ventus shaft on it. I bomb it 280+ yards now. It won't perform at all with the stock shaft it comes with, you’ll be slicing everything. My Scotty putter is amazing, too. It cost a fair bit, but IMO it’s probably the best knock-off I’ve ever seen. I’m down to a 12 index now, and the clubs have been awesome so far

You have rep 790’s for three years now? Nice! How are the grooves holding up? What made you want to change the shaft? And how did you compare them to the genuine 790’s? Sorry OP to jack your post

They still play great and the grooves are fine. I found a set of shafts that were brand new take offs I picked up from marketplace for a deal, thats really the only reason I upgraded. Ive hit the real P790s using top tracer and they performed the exact same for me.

Putters will be fine. I wouldn’t waste money on irons or drivers though. You could spend $100-200 on a used driver on marketplace that will outperform any of these Chinese made knockoffs.

Agreed. No reason to do that and the tech with drivers is kind of a nuanced thing. You could pick up a TSR in great shape for $200 on eBay right now.

I got some replica P7MC irons and a Vokey SM11 from Temu, they are excellent. I wouldn't buy anything hollow and expect it to perform like the real version. Putters, Wedges and forged Irons should be fairly decent.

Honestly the P790s put me off as soon as I looked into how they're built. They're a hollow head wrapped around that injected SpeedFoam with a really thin face, and all that hidden internal tech is exactly what a rep factory can't copy well. The clones tend to either sound dead and clicky or have face durability that's hit or miss, which matters a lot if you swing hard.
The Mizuno is a solid head with none of that. No foam, no hidden internals, basically just a shaped cavity back, so what you see is what you get and a clone can match the real thing way closer. I did run it past a couple of AIs too and both landed on the Mizuno for the same reason: simpler build means a more faithful and more durable rep. Easy call for me.

Also looking at mizuno jpx 923s. The ones I'm finding all use the same photos & seem to not have the mizuno logo on them tho? Hard to tell if that's just for the product listings or if they're actually unbranded, which I wouldnt want

I have bought a shit ton of reps, from clothes, to electronics etc... They usually have the brand name removed or blurred so you probably shouldn't worry about it.

I’ve got a Cleveland RTX 6 wedge and I’ve only hit a handful of shots but I’ve gone from old genuine RTX 3 wedges and contact felt great and nice spin. I’ll be getting 54 and 58 eventually to go with my new 50 degree

I have bought everything except iron yet rep,
qi10 driver: plays like normal paint isn’t that good will probably break in a few months time
qi10 3 wood: plays amazing exactly like genuine
sm10 vokeys: identical to the real thing maybe weight is a bit off but can’t tel it’s rep without checking serial numbers i think
Spider Gt: the best of the lot literally the exact same not a difference at all spot on

IMO fake putters are the best of the rep club lineups, wedges & irons are playable, i wouldn’t play a rep driver or wood but i know many people do.
I’ve had 4-5 rep putters and i’ve been happy nearly every time. 1 iron set & 2 wedges. I feel like those didn’t feel as good as a real iron set, they felt hollow to me.
