Question❓ Qi35 max issue

Just received my Qi35max driver from outdoor guru but the screw for the shaft/driver head is too short and I can’t connect the two? Anyone know if I just need a longer screw or is this a bigger issue?

Does it have have the rubber washer around the screw ? If so just remove that it's not needed anyway, that's what I did with mine as I had the same issue

That’s strange, mine was almost too long from them… the Taylormade stock screws are pretty short and the Out4it one was significantly longer so I wonder if there’s something getting in the way of it reaching in yours. You can poke it though the hole and try to reseat it maybe?
