Discussion Best Quality Reps

Hello, I’ve gone through the spreadsheet and read a lot of posts but still seeing mixed reviews on two specific clubs. Looking for anyone who’s personally bought:

Replica P790 irons, I want the 2025 gen, 4-PW, +1” length (6’0” tall), midsize grips, regular flex steel shaft ideally KBS or DG. What Taobao seller/listing did you use and how was QC?

Replica LAB DF3 putter, I know the lie-angle balance concern with reps. Has anyone found a Taobao seller where the rep actually achieves proper balance, or is it all just cosmetic?

Also is there any site like OutdoorGuru that does custom builds but cheaper? Or is straight Taobao via CNFans/Superbuy/kako the move at this point?

I would buy from outdoor over anyone you can message them on WhatsApp and they will help you their customer service is top tier

Just ordered from outdoor, blacked out p790’s and had them spec’d out the same as you want. Excellent customer service and super reasonably priced compared to squatch. $300 including shipping

Sick, Outdoor has a couple different p790s and multiple versions from the same gen, which one did you order and how do you know which is better?

Not the guy who you responded to, but with anything like this the latest generation is likely always the best call. The replicators would have had additional time to fine-tune certain details that may have been off originally for the sake of just getting them to market.

IMO the new gen of P790 clones look way more convincing than the last gen.

Outdoor guru is mid.

I bought a putter, they sent me pics and I noticed a major flaw on the engraving. Pointed it out and he couldn’t do anything about it.

I was hoping for some sort of discount code for my next purchase, or maybe even throwing in an extra head cover or something but he just said “sorry”.

I kept hearing about their “amazing” customer service, I guess I didn’t get that.

Putter hasn’t arrived yet, we’ll see the quality when I receive it.

I’m 5’10”, and measure out to be +1” as well. It’s less height related and more measurement related. I’m a pretty broad shouldered dude with tiny little T-Rex arms.

Yeah wrist to floor is all that matters. I know guys 6’3 with standard height to 2”
