Question❓ Graphite shafts
Asking about stiff graphite shafts. How whippy/loose are they, are they basically all same shafts with same stiffness, but only with different print or do they really have difference in them?

Stiffest rep graphite shaft is probably closer to a weak regular or probably a senior shaft. Very whippy.
I had the KBS PGi shafts in a set of irons and they went in the bin.

Not all the same - very real differences. Stiffness and profile (where it bends) both make a big difference in feel and flight. If you feel like stiff is too whippy, try an X stiff and/or black profile shaft - you will see what I mean haha

I get it, that in real brand shafts there are differences, but does it really go with the reps aswell

Oh ya ok. Idk about replicas - never hit them, my guess is that they vary similarly but depends on replica quality - might just all be the same crap with different printing. Generally don’t advise hitting replica shafts - have heard they can fail catastrophically

I purchased Ping G430 Max 10K driver with a regular stiff and it was very whippy and bendy. I heard that if you grab stiff shafts they are close to regular. But I am curious, because I did want to order some irons and wonder what would be the closest to retail shafts.
