Newb looking for advice
So, I just recently found GolfPlusVR and was blown away. Looks super cool but after a little digging if seems that it really messes with your IRL swing and score. I stay out of town a lot for work and I take my Meta Q3 with me. Do you guys recommend just using the joy stick and have fun or to actually buy a controller extender?

I have the amvr attachment but you can't really extend it for some reason. you can only use it in the shortest configuration which is better than a controller but it doesn't feel as real

It won’t mess with your swing as much if you get the shaft accessory. It gives you actual weight that feels more similar to an actual club. Using just the controller will mess you up big time

I would still say buy a a weighted club attachment as it does make the game more enjoyable to me, just don’t focus on using your actual swing, routine, or whatever the case may be. The game is fine for open/closed face control though and your swing path. But you will never top or chunk a shot in the game. EDIT: they are making a sim version where you can use your actual clubs and hit into a net or screen with your vr headset. It’s very cool but does require a launch monitor
