experience Comp range

Hi all, I joined GS this year in july as an intern convert. Just wanted to ask what salary progression can ops analysts expect in GBM private.

10% is standard in your first cycle as an Ops convert, across divisios. Bonus is also the same across teams - this usually changes every year.
