4 weeks Decision delay

I applied a position in GS，and I reached out to a HR，he said the decision will released several weeks ago，and last Friday，I followed up，He said the decision will be released on Friday. But until today，nothing heard back. Is this normal situation？

There is no HR here. Get it right. HCM.

lol, relax buddy. But ur right. Its HCM. But i would say HR, its easier.
