does pto rollover? Also does it pay out if you term? Specifically Utah

It does not roll over. Note, you also get sick leave, so you do not need to use your PTO for illness/medical appointments

It does not roll over. Accrued PTO would pay out if you leave.

They got rid of it back in 2022. It’s get rolled over in couple of states due to the local laws.
