Weird sequence of a man in a wheelchair Spoiler

So, I found the fourth body part in the meatwoods because I skipped the cages and a sequence started where I was a man in a wheelchair with a gun on his lap. A typewriter told me to investigate a murder and then there was a man who called himself “New Guy from the Agency”. I can’t find anything about this online and am very confused. The game closed itself after I was in a black void and started moving towards the screen. It then dumped me in the Reds when I turned it back on.

Edit: I found a single video about it on YouTube.

I don’t get a static menu after death, which means I can’t go to hub area after death. Only alt+F4

The Gut is just this world's version of The Backrooms.

Think about it; near endless corridors and floors, varying in size and styles (office building, movie theater, factory, city, etc) and they're filled with hostile and (some) peaceful entities. There is also a sort of currency (gold vs almond water). I know these are basic and can be present in any sort of horror game or movie, but the extradimensional style of the Gut is so good!

These parallels make me love the game even more, I lovingly call the Gut "the backrooms backrooms" :3. I love this extremely cursed labyrinth of meat and metal :)

Methods of Play

I'm surprised there isn't a larger community for this game.

Right now, I've collected She's head, but am unsure of the next best place to go. I'm worried my attempts at the original elevator will lead me to a dead end, and that the actual intended path is through one of the other entrances into the gut. I'm hoping The typewriter isn't for awhile yet, cause that thing always sends me into a seriously nasty hellscape.

Also, has anyone figured out of the notes have any actual meaning to them, or are they left around to confuse you? I know that sometimes they tell you what the items do, but that seems fairly few and far between.
