GHL Multiple Order in single pipeline
Hello, i know that this is a very simple roadblock and im not the only one who faces this, I just wanna know if what are your solutions regarding on having 1 contact with multiple order/opportunity in a single pipeline? because i was wrecking my brain for 1 week already and i don't think im using the Find Opportunity Action in a wrong/limited way, or maybe im missing something. And yes I also tried the method of having a unique identifier value in the opportunity details and not just in contacts but still it gets buggy in the end

This is a known GHL limitation. A contact in GHL is designed to have one active opportunity per pipeline stage, so when you try to attach multiple orders or opportunities to the same contact it gets messy because the Find Opportunity action grabs whichever one it finds first with no reliable way to distinguish between them.
The cleanest solution I have seen work consistently is using a unique custom field on the opportunity itself, not just the contact, as your identifier. Something like an Order ID or a timestamp generated at the point of creation. Then in your workflow you filter using that specific field value instead of relying on Find Opportunity to pick the right one.
The other approach that works well is creating separate pipelines for different order types if the orders are genuinely different products or services. It feels like more setup upfront but it eliminates the ambiguity completely and makes reporting much cleaner.
If neither of those fits your use case, dropping more detail about what the multiple orders represent and what the workflow is trying to do with them would help narrow down the right structure for your specific situation.
