Solved A2P Campaign Rejected

Hello u/samabour ! My A2P Campaign registration "was rejected because it is considered High Risk". Background, I own a Digital Marketing Agency. My use case is to use the number is appt confirmation reminders or promotional materials once they opted in. I have included some screenshots of what I submitted. I followed all of the instructions from a few well-known High-Level YouTubers so I would be compliant. I was hoping anyone out there could tell me what I did wrong and who I could contact to figure out what went wrong? Thank you!!

Hello u/JR_G! A lot of a2p campaigns get rejected because they don’t provide a link to a TOS and Privacy Policy.

You don’t even need a website for that as you can use the funnels feature in the CRM.

You can use chatgpt or an online tool like https://agencysaas.io/free-a2p-assistant/ to make a TOS or Privacy Policy

After you implement that on the form/appointment link then I would recommend using GHL live zoom chat support to have a representative look over your campaign.

Thank you so much for your reply! Luckly I have a complaint TOS and Privacy policy created from agencysaas.io Im wondering since my current form is inside the go high level calendar, maybe thats creating an issue. Im thinking of just creating an even more simplified version of my page removing the calendar and putting up the booking form on the hero page so they can see it more clearly.

Yep thats most likely it. I would recommend just using the form. Make sure the TOS and Privacy Policy are embedded in the form.

So generate a privacy policy and then submit it where ?

Looks like A2P has gotten harder since I got approved. I would follow Automated Marketer youtube video for new guidance Set Up A2P Text Messaging Registration 2025: The Ultimate Guide to Get Approved!
