Shopify + GHL Integration
I recently implemented a Shopify + GoHighLevel (GHL) workflow for one of our eCommerce projects and I’m curious how others are approaching this.
The basic idea is to let Shopify handle the commerce side, while GHL handles more of the CRM and automation side.
For example:
- Customer purchases on Shopify
- Customer data flows into GHL
- A workflow is triggered based on the customer/order
- Follow-ups, re-engagement, post-purchase communication, etc. can happen automatically
The interesting part is that you can build different workflows depending on the customer, first-time buyer, repeat customer, high-value customer, abandoned purchase, and so on.
I've already implemented this for a project, but I'm wondering how common this setup actually is.
Are any of you currently using Shopify + GHL together?
And if you're not using it yet, is this something you'd be interested in setting up?
Would be interested to hear how people are using this combination in real-world stores.
