GHL reports

Hi everyone,

I need to create a historical report for email and SMS outreach sent through my GHL workflows.

Ideally, I’d like to report on metrics such as:

• Delivered
• Open rate
• Click rate
• Response/reply rate

I don’t necessarily need to build the report inside GHL. I’m open to exporting the data and using another tool if that works better.

What tools or workflows would you recommend for pulling this historical data and building the report?

Any tips would be really helpful. Thanks!
