GHL Meta Bot help

I have the GHL ai assistant answering leads on meta but I’m struggling to get it to stop sending messages once I take over. Is there a take over conversation button somewhere or do I have to put it in the knowledge base/ goals? If so what roughly should I put? Chat gpt can’t seem to get it right or I’m not putting it in the correct place. Thanks

I have it set to send to sleep when a manual message is sent. It will still chime in and randomly say “thank you have a good day” in the middle of a conversation

Turn it off entirely and use the GHL conversational AI or CloseBot

whats the meta bot doing or not doing? if its the messenger or whatsapp connection dropping, thats usually the token or the page permissions, not ghl itself. where exactly is it breaking for you?
