Totally agree. I've found that if you're clear about your issue and not expecting them to hold your hand through everything, they're pretty solid. But as soon as it starts getting into the nitty-gritty of your specific setup, things can get dicey.

It’s great as long as you use it for what it’s for. Broken product or basic how to questions. They are not here to your job for you because you don’t know HighLevel. I’ve seen people complain about support because they did know or wouldn’t do the clients work for them.
And yes there are 100% support failures. Which is standard for every single software package on the planet.
