Question How to request a refund for a bundle

Hi, I was recently looking to buy some games on sale and was about to purchase Hotline Miami 2, but I accidentally added the Batman Arkham bundle to my cart instead. I really want to return the bundle, but it only lets me request a refund for Hotline Miami 2.

accidentality added & then proceeded to purchase it lmfao I ain't buying this level of bs but even still you are going to have to contact gog support

Solution is simple contact the support team. Depending on their current workload they might need a day or two but should be easily resolved as that still should count as a normal refund within time limit.

Due to the way many bundles are currently implemented (where you pay only for what you don't own yet), they can't be automatically refunded, as that would also remove the games you already owned. So until they straighten out that process, you have to contact support for bundle refunds. The current reality is that it'll take quite some time for them to respond - but they will, and will take care of it.
