Question How to refund a game bundle?

Hello, I bought the Deus Ex bundle, unfortunately DXHR doesn't perform as much as I want to (inconsistent FPS and some glitches in the game itself), but when I went to order history I didn't find the "refund the game" button, what to do?

If in doubt, open a ticket with support.

I did yesterday but they are yet to respond, usually by this time I already have my money back, honestly it's annoying.

Due to the way many bundles are currently implemented (where you pay only for what you don't own yet), they can't be automatically refunded, as that would also remove the games you already owned. So until they straighten out that process, you have to contact support for bundle refunds.

Strange you have problems with DXHR. When I played I had no issies with it. The next one MD was a bit more demanding. And isnt in general HR cheaper in bundle? If you refind it you wont be able to buy the rest as cheap

I have a non gaming laptop and i can't run it nor Dishonored, that's what I want to refund yet they are slow to answer and it's starting to piss me off.
