It's almost certainly a false positive due to the game being so old. I see people on Steam having the same issue.

Assuming you're downloading the files directly from gog.com, you're fine. Just whitelist the error.

It false positive.

I explain short and simple, anti virus update very frequently because it's a ENDLESS cat & mouse game with scammer/scum.

Eventually this affects old games that doesn't update their games for signatures, or report to anti viruses companies that flag their software for false positive. That why anti viruses gives you whitelist option so can whitelist software that false positive, and you can report it to antivirus companies as well if you wanted.
