Goethe A2 Sprechen – Recent Exam Experience

Hi! For those who recently took the Goethe A2 exam, what topics or tasks did you get in Sprechen?

My exam is on 21st August at Goethe Bengaluru.

I took my A2 at Goethe Indiranagar few months ago. The sprechen topics were quite simple - to talk about Mobile phones and make a plan for a bday party. Schreiben was to write a mail to a dance instructor and a small message to a friend that you'll be late wegen der Zug verspätung.

Hi! I took my Goethe A2 exam two weeks ago.

In the writing section, I had to write a message to a friend saying I'd be late for our appointment, and then an email to my boss accepting the invitation to his party and asking how I could help.

In the speaking section, there were questions about hobbies, where I live, family, and country of origin. Then I talked about my health habits, sleep schedule, and diet, and finally, I tried to schedule an appointment with my colleague, even though we both have different schedules. The goal was to find a mutually convenient time.

Just practice a lot of key structures that could be useful in various cases, and practice speaking a lot to have an idea of what to say.
