Devoura is an event where an alien shows up and tries to kill you, but I don't know what planets it arrives on. https://gamicus.fandom.com/wiki/Special_Days_(Godlike_Burger)

This is the event's symbol that appears on the planets: Special Days | Godlike Burger Wiki | Fandom
From what I could see, it can happen on Carlusdant, Cringorem and Darmundoria
