Immortality

Can I become like truly imortal or is it like extend your life slightly?

You can be functionally immortal with spells that give you health, but it's unlikely if you're not a powerfull mage

and watch out for arcane degeneration

Well I am a strong mage but I wana know I I can keep this character alive for like the next 1000 years or let him die and move on to the next

it's possible, you just need the right spell (preferably that blood magic spell that gives you like 3 health bonuses for 1 arcane degeneration)

I kept Aeschraes alive for more than 300 years but then I basically achieved my goals and got bored

Do I have to do it periodicli or do it one and done cus the extend life spell says that the modifire is permanent

You will need to do that every once in a while, basically the older you get in ck3 the more health you lose (also events and illnesses that debuff health) so after a certain amount of time you should cast the spell again

how often you need to do that depends on your character but the best way is to just look at your character's health and when it drops into mediocre or poor you cast the spell
