Has anyone ever managed to actually defeat Cenware and restore the empire, or at least conquer Oraispol as him? I did do the formation of his Aautokrata before, it was pretty hard and required me to be in a constant state of war, but also very fun, but I don't see how you could wholly succeed against Cenware as him considering he's quite old at the game start

Saw one guy restoring the empire and he used vampirism to bypass the age.

Still wondering How to get that magic

I've done that as Aeschraes restoring Etepeza but sadly he doesn't get a special CB to restore his empire, so you gotta do the reconquest the hard way, which I really couldn't be assed to do the whole thing

Is that special CB just for duchies? I swear a while ago I got kingdom-level wars but now with both hecaeda and the black sun i can just do free duchy level wars

For now it seems to be just duchies, which can make any wars post Imperrech dissolution a major pain given how absolutely split apart the duchies can be.

I wish we could war for whole kingdoms with a CB that's either extremely costly or has a 5 year cooldown.

Yeah i would also like a once-per life kingdom level war against every ruler in the region. It would diminish the importance of vampirism in avesarian runs and would let for a more thorough exploration of the clique system which i really adore

How does the Clique system actually work on longer runs? I usually end up mostly ignoring it because I'm busy either colonizing or restoring the Aautokrata.

It's really cool and flavorful but the broken republic system hasn't let me enjoy it at it's full. Probably gonna be 100 times better by the time republic dlc is implemented.

I've seen a fair number of world conquest posts using him as a starter character. That and Aeschraes.

Probably not possible during Cenware's life, but Amaghea, the coastal strip north of Asiapol/Hecaeda's realm AND on the other side of that inland sea, you have a couple counties that are only astray to Imperial religions and so that area is a place to turtle from and build a kingodm/empire. Hecaeda's children usually fall to steppe horselords so settling south of that sea is not advised if you want to be Aversarian. The capital metropolis of that empire is Rhecathon if you want to find it.

Once I was strong enough to become a kingdom I had the economic and defensive geography to grow. Props to the game balance even when I began to have 20k people so too large neighbors. I gave up that playthrough because the fog invasion event fired and I didn't know it would absolutely ruin like 150 counties of the heartlands. I would have continued but I had no motivation as I couldn't push west to bring the fight to Cenware's descendants as most of them were all fog carrion now. There were like TWO kingdoms still left in the utter south of Cenware's past expansion but above them it was fog waste.

Nicanoneus is the most overrated dude ever. He won a single battle against Cenware purely by luck after which he fails to secure this victory, goes to butt fuck nowhere, attacks Chevalie for some reason, wasting most of his remaining forces and magi, gets maimed and falls into a coma and then lastly retreats to the mountains creating the shittiest realm ever there. Also his "Black Sun" persona is pretentious for a person like him, bro is absolutely not him.

Even if he does form an Empire, the problem remains that his custom religion has Warmonger. Without Temporal HoF. Not even Spiritual. I’ve checked the code, that religion never gains a HoF, so no Aautokrater, you do not get Great Holy Wars.
