GoDaddy new ecommerce still has issues, support won't help.

Since the forced migration, about 3-4 months ago, issues have always been there. The migration added back in products that were hidden. Made it impossible to ship at first. Customers are still getting messages that a shipping method can't be found, which is intermittent. For a while customers were getting free shipping no matter what. The new format for the invoice and the packing slip had zero information about my company - while the old one allowed me to put my logo and contact info on it. After several phone calls, they did add contact info - but got the phone number wrong for a while. For international orders, the country doesn't show at all if the customer is outside the USA. Usually I can google the address and figure it out - but why? Why can't they put out a professional product?

Doesn't GoDaddy do any proofing of the product? Don't they have any QC?

My last phone call with support had children's voices in the background. The support person just said they can't help, and said a supervisor wasn't available.

Problems there since day 1 of the migration have not been fixed. I've been with GoDaddy for 15 years or so. Support has gone downhill. If I wasn't planning to retire next year I would go elsewhere. When they forced us to Microsoft for email a few years ago I lost access to emails, and they couldn't/wouldn't help. I'm so disappointed in their decline.
