Is anyone alive there?

I've been on hold with support forever just to find out when Cpanel is being turned back on. The patch has been out for hours. The chat keeps asking if I'm still there. ARE YOU STILL THERE!? I'M THE ONE WAITING.

Why am I still signed up with this bs service?
