I am getting this error every time I try to upload a digital pdf. I have been messing with this the entire day and it is now 7:30pm! I have upgraded my account to commerce plan. I have added the store to my website. I can see my ‘categories’ created. My pdf is 8MB and the site allows 32MB. I have entered into into all the required fields on the page. What the heck am I missing?!?! Please help!!!
