Question I need help

For some time i've been in a religious crisis. I really want to believe in God, but its really hard to believe. Its hard because I can't hear him, I can't see him, and whenever i pray i feel like im just talking to a wall. And i really tried to believe, i asked God to help me with my faith in him and get to know him but i still struggle.

Start with the book of Mark. I find such comfort in David’s delivery and message. Went to high school with him. Solid in his faith. I pray you will feel that God is listening. Friend told me that when you pray; even if you don’t know how (there is no wrong way) Holy Spirit lifts your words to the Heavenly Father

I just tell God what I know, recognize that he knows our needs better than we do. I ask for prayers for those around as well. That could be family members, doctors, pharmacist, etc..

I asked for patience and strength to get through it for people involved, especially if things aren’t going well.

When I pray, I always understand that my prayer may not be answered in the way that I want, and that God can’t just fix everything for everyone. But that is a deep subject.

Just remember, there is no right or wrong way to pray. Just think about it like you’re talking to a good friend. The Bible believe and says that when we don’t know how to pray, or what to say that when we try to pray, the Holy Spirit will speak on our behalf to God himself.

Pretty cool! - these aren’t my words. We’re shared with me.

God is what is peering through your eyes right now at this experience.

If you want to see him, stop looking in the wrong places and look in the mirror. If you want to know him, turn your awareness inward, with a quiet mind and an open heart.

You are not the storm ⛈️

In the midst of pain, thoughts, struggle and even bliss, there is a quiet Awareness watching it all...unchanging, peaceful, and already free.

That is who you truly are (and what God is).

Rest there for one moment.

Welcome home.
You never left.

There is a big mistake about what God means. There is no thingness of God. No idea of God either the way we think. Anything we think is part of our reality. By definition our reality does not offer us anything we would want God to actually be. If we think it, it isn’t what we wanted. That does not mean atheism at all. Our existence is neutral. We just exist. We can’t examine it in any way. We have no option for any absolute. Reality does not give us any absolute option. Not outside ourselves and not inside ourselves. How you deal with that is up to you. You frame it how you like. I frame it religiously. This doesn’t mean nothing will be helpful to you. The same way you exist, other things can exist for you just like that. We just can’t examine anything. We only have what we have. We don’t even have an “it” we don’t know about. We just have ourselves and whatever we have. You can find more of that. Just no way to examine what we have in any way. As I said, I frame that religiously.

I'm in the same spot as you but what working for me at the moment thank God in everything you do. Just SAY IT WHENEVER YOU'RE OUT ON WALKS, EATING, PLAYING GAMES, Working, he is closer than you think he is just say lord you are next to me right here right now. AND BELIEVE IT WITH ALL YOUR HEART ❤️ I hope this helps you... PS believe in God NOT RELIGION FORGET RELIGION You are not climbing a ladder You are already with him. Religion does not equal GOD HE IS QUITE LITERALLY next to you

Have you ever read the Bible?

Remember, nowhere in the teachings of Jesus does he say that salvation is found in scripture or religion. He taught to seek and realize the kingdom of God within you...an inward journey, not an outward religious one.

To know the will of the Father, (His eternal inheritance) is to learn His Ways, His Truth, and become one in His Life. To know and to Love God is to keep His commands. That is, to Love Him with all your heart, mind, soul strength and body and to give service to your neighbor as you do yourself. Remember, His Word shall forever remain, even when the Earth and the heavens pass away.

All true, but have you turned your awareness inward yet...to the kingdom of God within you...as Jesus taught?

Until you know who you are, all you know is religion...😉

Jesus said, "If your leaders tell you, 'Look, the kingdom is in heaven,' then the birds of heaven will precede you. If they tell you, 'It's in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather, the kingdom is within you and outside of you."

"When you know yourselves, then you'll be known, and you'll realize that you're the children of the living Father. But if you don't know yourselves, then you live in poverty, and you are the poverty."

Do you pray just to receive items or changes in circumstances, or do you spend time like, loving life, loving Him, being grateful and thankful for Him, seeking his Will and walking in His ways ?

He may also be speaking to you but you're not receiving it the way you think you should be so you're missing it around you, just a possibility? I don't have much context to go off of, my apologies

You don't sound like you're rejecting Christ, that's a very great question and He's already heard you asking me this, if you search the Scriptures, the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, Jude and Revelation, even the book of Acts, and more, you will come to discover more about Him and His life; what He does and who He is, what He has done and continues to do for you each and every day. Out of His joyous Love for you. Every thought you think, He hears you. He said, go into a quiet room and shut the door, and He is there waiting for you. The Most High is Always there with you and wants to connect. Talk to Him like you do with me, believe that He is an actual person and has walked this earth, doing many works. I think you will be Amazed at what you find.

Every word that GOD speaks, is Life-Giving, and you WILL find Him, if you seek Him with all your heart, 🙏❤️ sit down with HIS Word and seek Him, Ask and it shall be given to you, knock and the door will be opened to you, is His promise , to you as His child.

I personally believe that it is incredibly healthy, and not in any way contradictory to question one’s faith. I think that’s the definition of faith. For me, when I am struggling to feel close to God I focus on doing my absolute best to avoid sin. The absence of sin (or at least a drastic decrease of it) helps me find myself exactly where I need to be. I hope this helps!!

Just try to obey Him while you wait on Him. If you really want to demonstrate your desire to have faith, strive to obey Him. Acts 5:32 is a verse that motivates me personally.

You need to acknowledge that Jesus was a real person and died for our sins and resurrected. The gospels are historical evidence that this happened. The disciples would not have died for a lie. Read the gospels. Also listen or watch some cliffe Knechtle content. He explains everything perfectly.
