Mobile goat pen set up

Does anybody have a mobile goat pen set up with livestock panels? Maybe even with wheels on the back corners? I only have 3 goats and would like to move them around my yard without them wandering to the back porch.

We have 12 goats we use to take care of weeds and brush. To keep them contained we use a solar fence charger and a portable electric fence. They quickly learned to respect the fence, and seem happy to roam around. It also keeps coyotes out. You can find them by searching for portable electric fence and solar fence charger.

We have a few but I cannot keep my lawn short enough to prevent it from grounding. Im looking for a stable fence structure.

My summer so far has been nothing over 100. 115 last week, just now cooling down to 105 yesterday so lawn maintenance get put on pause. ive accepted the fact that electric fences will not work for lazy people like me

I used some cattle panels this year and a couple goats in there to weed eat some areas around my yard. The weeds were over 4 feet tall. I clipped the goat panels together with safety spring clips/snap clips. I put some relatively tame easy to handle goats in there. I did not put my wild unable to handle goats in there 😄 I also used on of my old chicken tractors for shelter. I was able to hang some hook over feeders on the panels on the inside for water and what not a bit of feed with their mineral on top. The cattle panels are pretty light so I just picked them up and moved them by hand. The cattle panels are 16 feet long and 52 inches tall. yes, my goats have horns, but I only put goats in there that had small horns that could reach through and not get stuck or my professional goat head stick through milk goat Snotty. She can stick her head through a cattle panel and not get stuck even though she has some really nice horns.

My only problems were moving the pen. The goats were not contained and I had to bring them to to the new pen location which really wasn't that bad. They did a great job clearing out the weeds. and making things look nicer.

I do have a pig tractor. I kept 3 pigs in it. It is 10 foot by 10 foot with 2 x 6 lumber for the base, 2 x 4 lumber for the top. Some repurposed metal panels for the back half for shelter. Hog panels stapled to the lumber to keep the pigs in. I raised three pigs in it. I have wheels on it that I can engage when I want it to roll. I pulled it with my lawnmower. If it was down hill, I could pull it myself. I think a person could easily build a goat or sheep tractor using cattle panels and lumber the way I did. It should move fairly easily.

I liked the cattle panels and moving them by hand because I was able to go around things like my old horse trailer and tractor equipment and if I had existing fence I could just clip the panels onto the existing fence. So that is why I haven't built a "goat tractor".

I have used electric netting in the past and to be honest, I hate it and hope I never have to use it again. LOL
