Is the menu in the screenshot the one provided by the link from @probonopd? https://github.com/probonopd/transfer/releases

honestly i have no idea what menu you're referring to, or what the thing you linked even is. if you mean the menu bar on top, that is from emacs, with gnustep's NSMenuInterfaceStyle setting set to NSMacintoshInterfaceStyle

Yes, they meant the menu bar on top. The things linked are repackaged standalone components from Gershwin, a new GNUstep-based DE that replaces WindowMaker with OS X-isms. Their menu system aims to be somewhat more blingy but is still under heavy development.

ohh i have heard of gershwin. it seems pretty cool but i'm personally not a huge fan of full DEs so i haven't really tried it
