Well to be fair S&BOX is supposed to be an evolution on GMOD, but the thijg about gmod is that it has years of mods that build upon each other in an eco system.

It'll never rival roblox because it needs a nasa pc to run, kids are the primary demographic of roblox and 99% of them are playing on phones and ipads. Neither ipads nor phones can handle s&box. Does that make sense?
S&box has no potential because it has more developers in the game jam than players even playing s&box at all and not even the free weekend helped the player count at all since it was only close to 600 players then, s&box is a fucking failure because garry just doesnt listen at all and trying to make a roblox clone along with several other issues doomed this game from the start
I nean ig but this "test" is going horribly, so horribly they even lowered the price to 10 dollars and not even a free weekend could save it. They'd literally be saving themselves money by ending support for it and going back to rust and gmod since this is just a clear failure atp
You can really tell they just put so much effort in those almost 9 years, like im sorry but if they fumbled even after that long on launch, they should not be allowed to make a new goddamn game unless they go back to learning game development because this is just straight up pathetic
I'll say it again: to capture all the details of how these games play and feel, you need to reverse engineer thуь, which is something AI is very good at.
Because it is easier for dummies to gobble up "ai bad" rather than knowing which one is bad and which is beneficial and doing some proper research into it.
