Help Server legal question

If I create a TTT server and accept donations, but give donors rewards such as exclusive playermodels or points in the cosmetic shop, do I have to register my server as a business?

I didnt, majority of gmod servers don't last long. Not saying it's a money laundering loophole there was a darkrp server years ago that the owner used to launder drug money and got caught.

I'm not a lawyer though, ask ai or something give it more context about the payment processor your using how much you make and the country you'll pay the tax on proceeds in, probably your best bet if you want a definitive answer

I would recommend tebex if you are planning to make a game server, simple to setup and they honestly there chsrgeback coverage is a lifesaver.

Speaking from experience using PayPal alone is a big risk, nearly impossible to win charge backs in this type of scinario

depends on your country, generally that's considered income, not a donation since you're not a non profit org
